First, log in into your account at pointer-data.com:
Once logged in you will be directed to your account, where you will find the complete history of your activities and you will be able to access the tool.
1. Documents: here you will find the complete records of your activities with us:
- Sales Orders
- Invoices & Bills
- Tickets uploaded to Help Desk
- Signed documents
- Subscriptions you have acquired and their status
- This section includes your contact and billing information that can be modified. Make sure to update your profile so that your invoices include the correct billing information.
- Manage payment methods: here you can check your registered credit card on Stripe to pay for our subscriptions and change it as needed.
3. Account Security: in this section you will be able to:
- change your password
- enable a Two-factor authentication
4. Button to access Birddog Solutions.
Once you access Birddog Solutions home site, you will find:
Search for leads
You can filter your search by different categories:
- Lead Type
Click on "Next"; a new screen will appear:
Now, you can just click on “Search” to see all the leads corresponding to the Metro Area you selected previously, or you can also apply more filters to be more specific on the lead or property you are looking for. These are the filters available:
- Zip Code
- Date Filed
- Land (square feet)
- Area built (square feet)
- Year built
- Assessed Value
After clicking on “Search” once again, Birddog Solutions will display the leads list.
If you want to see more details on a specific lead, just click on “View Details” to have access to more information on the property and owner´s contact information (the latter is just available for PRO subscriptions).
You can also save the properties you are interested in and access them at any time under “My leads”.
At the top, you will see a quick overview of the property with key information that will help you decide whether you are interested in it.
Following, you will see the extended information on the property and its situation, which will vary depending on the lead. All the relevant data to elaborate the best strategy and make the best decisions on it will always be available to you.
If your subscription is PRO, you will also have access to all the available contact information on the property owner and their relatives.
This section includes all the saved properties.
Click on “View Details” and add the lead status you decide to assign to that particular property, you can choose between:
- In process
- Contact later
You will also be able to add notes for you to track the stage of the negotiation of that one particular property.
Download information on your leads by selecting the properties you want to include in your list and click on “Export to Excel”.
If your subscription is PRO, you will be able to call the lead by clicking on the telephone number (highlighted in blue).
